2. Services Provided

Sign N Seal It provides mobile notary services, loan signing services, and related administrative services. Services may be refused if legal or ethical concerns arise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide valid identification, complete documents, timely access to signing locations, and accurate information.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees may include notarial fees, travel, printing, scanning, wait-time, or after-hours charges. Payment terms are disclosed at scheduling.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee where permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Confidentiality

Client information and documents are handled confidentially, subject to legal disclosure requirements.

8. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sign N Seal It, you agree to the following terms:

a. Consent for SMS Communication
Phone numbers collected during the SMS opt-in process will be used solely for communication related to our services and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

b. Types of SMS Communications
By opting in, customers may receive conversational, external SMS messages in response to inquiries about our services, availability, pricing, scheduling, or follow-up related to a requested notary service. Messages are one-to-one, customer-initiated, and not promotional.

Examples of SMS messages include:

  • “Notarization is $15 per signature plus a travel fee based on location.”
  • “We have availability today between 4–6 PM. Would that work for you?”
  • “Your notary appointment is confirmed for tomorrow at 10:30 AM.”
  • “Yes, we can notarize that document. How many signatures are required?”
  • “We’re on the way and expect to arrive in approximately 15 minutes.”

c. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry or requested service. Messages are sent only in response to customer-initiated communication.

d. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. These rates may vary between domestic and international messages.

e. Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by voluntarily providing your phone number through our website scheduling system, inquiry process, or direct communication and agreeing to receive text messages related to your request.

f. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message, or by contacting us directly at tara@test.gourmetcreamerycreations.com.

g. Help

h. Additional Options
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, please do not check the SMS consent box on our forms.
